Competência Docente e Educação Emancipatória

Tematizando a questão da formação de competências, enfatizada pelas políticas públicas de orientação curricular, o texto sugere, como competência básica para a condução de um projeto educativo emancipatório na escola brasileira, a capacidade de leitura hermenêutica da práxis pedagógica. assenta seus argumentos nas propostas de Boaventura souza santos e Mario Osorio Marques, colocando estes dois autores em interface com os conceitos gadamerianos de experiência hermenêutica, tomada como princípio para a realização de uma interpretação compreensiva, ancorada na historicidade. Conclui, assim, que a competência docente para a organização e gestão de um projeto pedagógico politicamente comprometido com mudan-ças na escola e na sociedade assenta-se na tríplice dimensão da pedagogia anunciada por Marques (1990), as dimensões: hermenêutica; crítico-reflexiva e instrumental.Downloads
