Exclusão e Inclusão Social: teoria e método

Uma pesquisa realizada sobre a noção de pobreza e as estratégias de sua superação, cujos dados constituem base para a análise que se faz neste texto, fornece elementos para se questionar a adequação da palavra “inclusão” quando se refere às ações governamentais de “educação inclusiva” no Ensino Fundamental, assim como à política de cotas para o acesso ao ensino superior. Assim, o objetivo deste artigo é analisar as implicações inerentes à trajetória e aos entraves teóricos doaparecimento do discurso da exclusão e inclusão social, a partir do contexto e do significado da noção da exclusão social e dos equívocos teóricos e metodológicos acomodados neste conceito.
