Os Professores de Química Relatando Problemas Enfrentados na Profissão

A percepção de que muitos professores, hoje, estão insatisfeitos com a própria profissão ou estão constantemente relatando fatos e/ou situações que têm causado um certo desconforto no seu trabalho, nos fez desenvolver esta pesquisa. Visamos a identificar que aspectos profissionais ou fatos são entendidos como problema e que estratégias desenvolvem para conviver com o que chamam de problema. Constatamos que muitos dos fatores/fatos/situações relatados têm causas que são externas ao professor e entendemos que tomar consciência de que, enquanto professores, temos limitações, pode ser importante para a melhoria dos processos de ensino e aprendizagem.Downloads
