O texto aborda o pensamento filosófico e político de Hannah Arendt. A questão central são os espaços da política, da ação e da educação. A autora questiona sobre o sentido da política nas atuais circunstâncias, encontrando, na capacidade humana de agir e iniciar o novo, a resposta para esta indagação. Arendt insiste nas distinções entre as atividades ligadas à política e às atividades educacionais, pois a escola não deve ser local de doutrinação, ela é o espaço de manifestação do compromisso do adulto com o mundo (amor mundi), em que o professor deve transmitir aos alunos a admiração pelas obras das gerações humanas passadas e a disposição de preservá-las.Downloads
