ESTILOS DE PENSAMENTO BIOLÓGICO SOBRE O FENÔMENO VIDA

A questão “O que é vida?” perpassa a história da humanidade e a mesma tem encontrado respostas a esta pergunta, cada uma no seu tempo histórico, no contexto sociocultural de cada época. O objetivo principal deste estudo é comunicar os estilos de pensamento biológico que historicamente predominaram no modo de explicar e ao mesmo tempo compreender o fenômeno vida. Ao investigar sobre estilos de pensamento biológico, realizamos um estudo exploratório do contexto narrativo histórico e sociocultural desde a antiguidade até a contemporaneidade e apontamos para a instauração, a extensão e a transformação de quatro estilos de pensamento biológico: descritivo, mecanicista, evolutivo e da manipulação genética. Nas considerações finais, apresentamos uma aplicação prática dessa sistematização dos estilos de pensamento biológico, a saber, uma proposta de reorganização curricular da disciplina de biologia no ensino médio.Downloads
