Editorial: Vozes do Sul Educador - Ensino de Biologia e Ciências Naturais

O Ensino de Biologia instiga reflexões e debates acerca da diversidade de temáticas que emergem nos diferentes espaços da sociedade, ensejando a formação crítica, a participação social e a tomada de decisão consciente. Sob essa perspectiva, a área requer uma fundamentação ancorada no compromisso ético e na consciência política – o que exige a articulação ativa das vozes emergentes dos sujeitos históricos, cujos saberes e vivências são moldados por contextos socioambientais e temporais específicos - que a ciência não pode mais negligenciar. Nesse sentido, a interação sociocultural, promovida pelos eventos científicos e acadêmicos da área, consolida-se como um canal indispensável para amplificar diálogos plurais, ao potencializar as premissas de um profícuo intercâmbio de saberes e da coprodução do conhecimento.
