PROPOSAL FOR THE TRAINING OF INTERCULTURAL TEACHERS

El presente artículo sintetiza los resultados de un estudio de pertinencia y factibilidad, llevado a cabo a principios del 2020, cuyo objetivo fue conocer las necesidades y temas de interés para diseñar una propuesta curricular para formar docentes interculturales. Se aplicó una encuesta a 700 personas, en las que se incluyó a docentes en servicio, equipos directivos, formadores de formadores, estudiantes de último semestre y egresados de diferentes licenciaturas en el campo educativo, también se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas a profesores y directores. Con base en los resultados se esboza una propuesta curricular flexible y abierta que trata de incorporar saberes ancestrales, ecológicos planetarios para el buen vivir y el cuidado del otro, otra. Pretende buscar caminos para la atención a problemas eje y elementos de transformación a través de la investigación-acción e interdisciplinariedad, dichos elementos posibilitan enriquecer la formación de docentes interculturales que busquen alternativas para atender problemas de la comunidad.
