A Formação da Consciência Crítica e a Gestão Democrática da Educação

Este trabalho tem o objetivo de promover uma reflexão sobre a gestão democrática da educação e as condições necessárias de superação do senso comum para a formação de uma consciência crítica. A atuação do trabalhador e sua formaçãopolítica exigem o questionamento e a crítica do senso comum, o que é possível, segundo Gramsci, por um processo de educação que pressuponha a relação entre o homem e o ambiente, o instrumento de trabalho e a vontade, compreendidos no contexto histórico. A formação de um novo modo de pensar a partir do processo de organização política permite aos trabalhadores realizarem a crítica à ordem social
burguesa e compreender os limites do modelo liberal para superá-lo. Como o poder não se concentra unicamente no Estado, mas permeia todas as relações sociais, é na sociedade civil que se encontram os meios de reconstrução das relações políticas, o que torna necessária a compreensão da importância da gestão democrática da educação e do debate a cerca da democratização da educação.
