Ações que Contribuem com o Desenvolvimento de Municípios do Sul de Minas Gerais

No Brasil, 81% dos municípios são essencialmente rurais. Com isso, para que se tenha desenvolvimento local, em muitos casos, é necessário que se tenha desenvolvimento rural. Sendo assim, ações voltadas, para contribuir com o desenvolvimento, devem direcionar esforços para o meio rural, principalmente, para o fortalecimento da agricultura familiar. O presente estudo foi conduzido com o objetivo avaliar, na opinião dos agricultores familiares, as ações voltadas à agricultura familiar que contribuem com o desenvolvimento em municípios localizados na região Sul de Minas Gerais. A pesquisa foi realizada junto aos agricultores familiares de 15 municípios do Sul de Minas Gerais, totalizando 205 entrevistas. Para a análise dos dados, utilizou-se a Análise de Regressão Múltipla. Como conclusão, destaca-se a importância de ações voltadas à agricultura familiar que possibilitem alternativas para a comercialização do excedente produzido pelos agricultores familiares. Além disso, torna-se relevante a existência de ações que deem orientação técnica e gerencial aos agricultores familiares, possibilitando que estes possam melhorar seus resultados, bem como, o desenvolvimento de seus municípios.
