A preocupação com a responsabilidade social está cada vez mais presente nas organizações e pode contemplar tanto questões internas como externas. A inclusão de pessoas com deficiência está relacionada com a política de responsabilidade social das empresas e se tornou além de uma questão social, consistindo em uma exigência legal. O presente estudo visa compreender e identificar a percepção dos colaboradores com deficiência em relação ao processo de inclusão em uma das maiores indústrias de cerâmica da América Latina. A pesquisa caracteriza-se como exploratória e adotou como método o estudo de caso. Os principais resultados revelaram que há uma boa percepção por parte dos colaboradores em relação ao processo de inclusão na empresa e foram destacados pontos favoráveis, tais como oportunidade e valorização. Por outro lado, ainda há algumas questões a serem melhoradas, principalmente em relação a infraestrutura e ao processo de inclusão. Contudo, mesmo sendo identificadas algumas dificuldades, os colaboradores se sentem satisfeitos em trabalhar na empresa.Downloads
