O PAPEL DO ENFERMEIRO NO CENTRO CIRÚRGICO NA PERSPECTIVA DE ACADÊMICAS DE ENFERMAGEM

O Centro Cirúrgico é uma unidade hospitalar complexa e de acesso restrito. Nesse sentido, é indispensável a compreensão do papel do profissional Enfermeiro nesse ambiente de trabalho. A partir disso, este estudo objetiva relatar a vivência de alunas do curso de Graduação em Enfermagem de uma Universidade Federal junto à Unidade de Centro Cirúrgico de um Hospital Escola da região Sul do Brasil, dando ênfase às competências do Enfermeiro voltadas para os aspectos da assistência, administração, ensino e pesquisa. Esta prática permitiu momentos de reflexão para as estudantes, uma vez que possibilitou a compreensão da atuação do Enfermeiro de Centro Cirúrgico e a repercussão do seu trabalho em sua satisfação profissional. Conclui-se que, práticas como estas, são fundamentais no decorrer do curso de Graduação em Enfermagem, visto que dão suporte às acadêmicas e permitem o aperfeiçoamento de sua atuação.Downloads
