O VIVER SAUDAVEL NO OLHAR DOS ESCOLARES

A escola como espaço de educação e saúde permite o desenvolvimento de ações educativas promotoras do viver saudável. Trata-se de um estudo de campo, exploratório descritivo, que objetivou discutir com um grupo de alunos do ensino fundamental de uma escola pública ao Norte do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul as ações educativas desenvolvidas no cotidiano da escola, com vistas à promoção do viver saudável. Como estratégia metodológica optou-se pela utilização de oficinas, empregando recursos expressivos em atividades lúdicas associadas ao diálogo reflexivo. A análise dos dados, que seguiu a proposição de Bauer (2002), se fez a partirdo resultado da oficina “Minha vida, meu viver” e originou as categorias: o caminho em construção: para onde quero ir?; nas trilhas do viver: quem vai comigo? Os resultados revelam que os escolares traçam suas metas influenciados pelo meio sócio-ambiental em que vivem. Conclui-se dessa forma, que as influencias sejam elas, do meio escolar, familiar ou socioeconômico são determinantes na construção de projetos para a vida futura.
