A IMPORTÂNCIA DA SISTEMATIZAÇÃO DE REGISTROS NA SAÚDE DO TRABALHADOR

Abstract

O objetivo do presente estudo é mostrar a importância de uma
correta sistematização dos registros na saúde do trabalhador. Buscou-se realizar um resgate teórico a partir de uma pesquisa que evidenciou uma deficiência na sistematização de registros de
algumas instituições do município de Ijuí-RS. Esta pesquisa teve
como principal objetivo identificar as causas de afastamento dos
trabalhadores no período de 2002 e 2003, quando se verificou a
inexistência de alguns registros sobre as causas que afastaram
os trabalhadores nesse município. A dificuldade na identificação
das condições de saúde dos trabalhadores interfere na formulação
de estratégias que visem à promoção de saúde e prevenção de
possíveis patologias ocupacionais decorrentes do trabalho nas
organizações.
