Ensino superior e a política de formação de professores a partir da LDB/1996

O presente estudo documental apresenta um resgate histórico sobre os principais aspectos das políticas de formação docente após a Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional (LDB) de 1996, ressaltando as influências exercidas dos organismos internacionais em nosso país. Também destaca as políticas e programas no campo de formação do governo Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. Analisa as relações transformadoras da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) como agência reguladora da formação docente. Constata-se que tais políticas têm engendrado nova organização do trabalho acadêmico que reflete um modelo regulador das demandas globais de formação de professores.
