O SER HUMANO CONTEMPORÂNEO COMO SUJEITO DA BIOÉTICA

O presente artigo é fruto de uma pesquisa bibliográfica concluída em 2012. Utilizou o método dialético crítico para análise e compreensão da realidade. Pretendeu aprofundar o conhecimento acerca do ser humano contemporâneo, no seio do contexto social, com o objetivo de refletir acerca da contribuição da Bioética enquanto produtora de um saber que tem, em sua essência, o potencial de enfrentamento a formas de alienação da vida. Discute características do desenvolvimento da sociedade contemporânea e seus rebatimentos na construção da liberdade e da autonomia do ser humano. Aponta e valoriza estratégias de convivência que a Bioética desenvolve, especialmente a criação de condições de diálogo, na perspectiva da reflexão ética sobre temas fundamentais à vida e o aprendizado de valores que apontam à equidade, cidadania e justiça.
