Relativização de direitos pela colonialidade do poder: deslocados internos e megaeventos esportivos no Brasil

O trabalho objetiva demonstrar que a questão dos deslocados internos se caracteriza no Brasil a partir das remoções forçadas ocorridas no processo de preparação e realização de megaeventos esportivos. Verificar-se-á que o modelo de desenvolvimento moderno/capitalista/colonial adotado pelo Brasil tem como consequência o padrão discriminatório, excludente e opressivo dos processos de modernização das cidades, evidenciados no preparo de grandes cidades do país para a realização de megaeventos esportivos. Sob a perspectiva dos estudos descoloniais, por meio de análise bibliográfica, documental e de observação não participante. pretende-se revelar as disparidades entre os discursos institucionais e os processos de luta e resistência àsviolações de direitos humanos nos processos de preparação dos megaeventos no Brasil, em especial na cidade de Porto Alegre.Downloads
