O presente artigo tem como objetivo identificar as associações existentes entre as dimensões da atitude empreendedora no contexto dos empreendedores sociais. Caracterizou-se como um estudo descritivo com uma abordagem quantitativa. A população foi composta por 36 gestores das organizações sociais cadastradas na Organização Parceiros Voluntários. Utilizou-se como instrumento para a coleta de dados, um questionário estruturado, aplicado aos gestores das organizações participantes. Para análise dos dados, foram realizadas análises estatísticas descritivas e a matriz de correlação de pearson. Os principais resultados apontaram um predomínio do sexo feminino e como principal motivo para a escolha da atividade empreendedora, verificou-se a necessidade de promover a comunidade/pessoas necessitadas e a convivência com outro empreendedor. Os resultados evidenciaram correlações positivas, de moderadas a altas, entre a atitude empreendedora e suas dimensões, com destaque para a dimensão social, onde os resultados foram expressivos em praticamente todos os indicadores.
