Competências Territoriais e Desenvolvimento Regional: Uma proposta teorico-metodológica para pesquisas interdisciplinares

O presente estudo se desenvolve a partir das principais vertentes teóricas da economia regional, sociologia econômica, visão baseada em recursos e competências organizacionais, com a finalidade de se criar um modelo analítico para pesquisas interdisciplinares no campo do desenvolvimento regional. A metodologia de pesquisa adotada foi ampla revisão da literatura e sistematização das teorias utilizadas para os referidos estudos. A estrutura do presente trabalho se inicia apresentando a relação entre território e desenvolvimento regional e o conceito de território adotado para o presente estudo; em seguida são apresentadas as principais vertentes teóricas do desenvolvimento regional, que não se excluem, porém, ressaltam a questão metodológica envolvida na escolha de cada uma delas. A contribuição do presente trabalho se situa na proposta de um modelo analítico para pesquisas qualitativas no âmbito do desenvolvimento regional, em que foi possível definir a noção de competências territoriais, cujos determinantes necessitam estar presentes nas localidades para que ocorra o desenvolvimento sustentável e de longo prazo.
