Estratégia-como-prática na economia solidária: resultados e ações de catadores de uma cooperativa

O objetivo deste artigo é analisar a manifestação da dinâmica dos processos organizacionais na “estratégia como prática” a partir dos resultados e das ações dos sujeitos na Cooperativa de Trabalho Amigas e Amigos Solidários (Cooarlas), do município de Canoas/RS. Para conseguir atingir o objetivo, a metodologia utilizada é a de Estudo de Caso. Os resultados evidenciam a trajetória de uma mudança estratégica engendrada pelos atores organizacionais (coordenação e cooperados) que levou a resultados favoráveis. Os avanços do artigo apontam que o estudo da estratégia como prática no contexto da economia solidária pode lançar luz sobre a lacuna de que tais estudos ocorrem em um ‘vácuo organizacional’; evidências da ação dos cooperados como verdadeiros atores sociais da estratégia como prática; benefícios do estudo estratégia como prática no contexto da economia solidária, podendo ser evidenciadas solidariedade, cultura de cooperação e a construção de um habitus do trabalho cooperativo.
