CLÍNICA AMPLIADA EM UM HOSPITAL UNIVERSITÁRIO: Abrindo Caminhos Para Uma Nova Forma de Cuidar

Os dispositivos para a Clínica Ampliada buscam considerar a complexidade do sujeito e do processo de adoecimento, pressupondo um trabalho em equipe e uma clínica interdisciplinar. Assim este trabalho tem como objetivo relatar a experiência de rounds multiprofissionais como dispositivo da clínica ampliada em uma unidade de clinica cirúrgica de um Hospital Universitário.Trata-se de um estudo descritivo do tipo relato de experiência. A partir das discussões dos casos da clínica de cabeça e pescoço, todos os profissionais que atuam no serviço são “sensibilizados” para o cuidado integral e humanizado a estes sujeitos. O processo de alta hospitalar não é centrado somente na figura do médico, sendo considerados todos os saberes profissionais envolvidos no cuidado. Concluímos que as reuniões de clínica ampliada têm contribuído para melhorar os processos de comunicação entre a equipe multiprofissional, desencadeando maior resolutividade dos casos, conseqüentemente uma atenção mais humanizadae integral fundamentada pelos princípios do SUS.
