SINGULARIDADES NA RELAÇÃO DOCENTE E DISCENTE E A FORMAÇÃO EM ENFERMAGEM

O objetivo do estudo foi evidenciar as atitudes discentes que contribuem para a formação em enfermagem na perspectiva dos professores, assim como evidenciar as atitudes docentes que contribuem para a formação em enfermagem sob a expectativa dos estudantes. Método: Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, descritiva e exploratória. Os resultados evidenciam que os docentes consideraram mais importantes na formação em enfermagem: O comprometimento com a formação; A formação crítica e reflexiva; A construção do conhecimento e comprometimento com a ética e a responsabilidade social. Os estudantes consideraram importante nos professores: O conhecimento dos docentes; A postura docente; A respeitabilidade; A ética nas relações entre docentes e discentes. Diante disso, conclui-se que a relação de proximidade, interatividade e comprometimento entre docentes e discentes é primordial na formação em enfermagem.
