CUIDADOS DE ENFERMAGEM AO PACIENTE COM SINTOMAS E AGRAVOS DA INFLUENZA H1N1

A influenza é uma doença infecciosa aguda causada pelo vírus Influenza, sendo este classificado em tipos A, B e C. Mudanças acentuadas da composição antigênica do vírus Influenza A, surgiu um novo subtipo: H1N1, com alto potencial patogênico. Na perspectiva de contribuir no atendimento ao paciente com H1N1, pretende-se responder a seguinte questão: Quais os cuidados realizados pela equipe de enfermagem ao paciente com sintomas e agravos de H1N1? Assim, esse estudo tem como objetivo analisar os cuidados realizados pela equipe de enfermagem ao paciente com sintomas e agravos de H1N1. Verificou-se que os cuidados de enfermagem referem-se primeiramente referente na prevenção com a vacinação e etiqueta de prevenção a propagação do vírus H1N1, identificação precoce através dos sinais e sintomas. Em casos suspeito ou confirmado são necessários cuidados de isolamentos e na propagação da doença, cuidados específicos no agravo da Síndrome Respiratória Aguda Grave, cuidados para a minimização da sintomatologia do paciente.
