Abstract

Objetivo: Identificar na literatura eletrônica os principais fatores que dificultam a implantação da Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem (SAE) pelo enfermeiro. Métodos: A metodologia adotada foi a revisão integrativa da literatura cujo propósito é reunir e sintetizar o conhecimento sobre a temática proposta. Foram selecionados 45 artigos nas bases de dados em enfermagem (BDENF) LILACS, sendo que destes, apenas 13 discutem o tema em questão. Resultados: Segundo os autores, dentre os principais fatores que dificultam a implantação da SAE estão: falta de tempo, carência de funcionários na unidade, falta de interesse do profissional, entre outros. Conclusão: Através dos artigos, constata-se que é dever do enfermeiro interessar-se em identificar estas dificuldades e trabalhar a fim de minimizá-las, gerando espaço para a implantação da SAE.
