CONCEPÇÕES DOS GESTORES DE SAÚDE SOBRE A NECESSIDADE DE UM NÚCLEO DE GESTÃO DO TRABALHO

O estudo objetivou analisar as concepções dos gestores de saúde sobre a necessidade de um Núcleo de Gestão do Trabalho em um município do sul do Brasil. Em uma abordagem qualitativa, foram entrevistados sete gestores de saúde e os dados foram analisados seguindo os passos da análise temática. Evidenciou-se nos resultados que a concepções dos entrevistados sobre a implantação do Núcleo de Gestão do Trabalho deu-se através da necessidade de qualificação das discussões e das ações dos profissionais; do fortalecimento do quadro funcional; da valorização dos trabalhadores; da padronização dos processos de seleção e contratação e por fim, como um espaço importante de mediação de conflitos. Conclui-se a importância da criação desses Núcleos nos municípios brasileiros para que a Gestão do Trabalho torne-se um tema que realmente qualifique o mundo do trabalho, a partir de profissionais qualificados, estabilizados em seus cargos de trabalho e sensibilizados pelas demandas da população. Além disso, destaca-se a necessidade de mais estudos sobre o assunto, o que certamente propiciará discussões e reflexões mais aprofundadas.
