DISPENSAÇÃO DE ANTI-INFLAMATÓRIOS, ANALGÉSICOS E ANTIPIRÉTICOS NA FARMÁCIA ESCOLA DA UNIJUÍ

Anti-inflamatórios, analgésicos e antipiréticos (AAA) são medicamentos bastante utilizados para o controle de inflamação, dor e estados febris. O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar a utilização de AAA por usuários da Farmácia Escola da UNIJUÍ, identificar os medicamentos consumidos e conhecer os sintomas determinantes para uso destes produtos. Foram entrevistados 25 clientes, 85% eram mulheres, na faixa etária de 40 a 50 anos, sendo 84% alocados ao quadro técnico administrativo da UNIJUÍ, e 42,85% destes trabalham no setor de higienização e limpeza. O medicamento mais dispensado foi nimesulida 100mg, utilizado pela maioria (52%) para aliviar dores nos ombros/costas e 72% relataram sentir reação adversa, principalmente desconforto gastrintestinal. Os resultados obtidos indicam a necessidade de mais estudos para investigar o uso de medicamentos, principalmente AAA, por trabalhadores do setor de higienização e limpeza da UNIJUÍ e a implantação de atividades de educação em saúde com abordagem não farmacológica. Entende-se que estudos de utilização de medicamentos, como esse, podem subsidiar a estruturação do serviço de Atenção Farmacêutica no local do estudo e a elaboração de estratégias visando um uso mais racional destes medicamentos.
