RESOLUBILIDADE DA ESTRATÉGIA SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA: Análise das Internações por Condições Sensíveis a Atenção Primária

Avaliar a resolubilidade da estratégia de Saúde da Família do Município de Augusto Pestana/RS a partir da análise das internações hospitalares por condições sensíveis à Atenção Básica. Estudo de caráter quantitativo, descritivo.Fazem parte desta amostra à relação de internações hospitalares pelo SUS, de pacientes do município, que internaram no hospital deste município, inclui ainda as que foram encaminhadas para hospitais de referência, nos anos: 1999,2001, 2007 e 2008, que correspondem a períodos anteriores e posteriores à implantação da estratégia de Saúde daFamília neste município. Verifica-se que as internações por causas sensíveis à Atenção Básica reduziram em 26,6%no período estudado. As ações realizadas pela ESF no município têm sido efetivas, contribuindo para a redução dasinternações hospitalares por condições sensíveis à atenção primária.Downloads
