O CONFLITO NA ATIVIDADE GERENCIAL DO ENFERMEIRO

O trabalho do enfermeiro no âmbito gerencial é marcado por importantes avanços e, também por conflitos. Neste contexto, este estudo é produto das discussões e reflexões realizadas na Disciplina Gestão em Saúde e Enfermagem,do Programa de Pós Graduação – Mestrado em Enfermagem da UFSM, no primeiro semestre de 2011, e tem por objetivo apresentar e discutir os conceitos, classificação e estágios dos conflitos e, como eles se fazem presentesno cotidiano do enfermeiro. Observa-se o deslocamento do enfermeiro da área operacional para as estratégicas daorganização e, nessas circunstâncias ele trabalha com situações complexas do setor produtivo e se depara comconflitos, visto que conduz múltiplas relações de uma equipe multiprofissional. Pensar a atividade gerencial doenfermeiro requer pensar em um cenário de crescentes e profundas mudanças gerenciais e de novos referenciais do sistema de gestão, um cenário complexo, dinâmico e necessário reconhecimento de tratá-lo interdisciplinarmente.Downloads
