LUTO FAMILIAR: O Cuidado de Enfermagem Diante do Processo De Perda

O presente estudo tem por objetivo relatar a vivência acadêmica de graduandos de enfermagem diante do processo de perda e enlutamento familiar. Fundamentou-se na Teoria de Enfermagem de Sister Callista Roy, focada napromoção da adaptação, por se tratar de um processo familiar alterado por uma experiência dolorosa que requercuidados diferenciados. Trata-se de uma pesquisa-ação, realizada entre os meses de agosto e novembro de 2010, apartir de visitas domiciliares periódicas para acompanhamento do processo de luto e elaboração de estratégias decuidado. A enfermagem tem um papel fundamental de promoção do cuidado e também enquanto intermediadora para propiciar os estímulos para a promoção de respostas adaptativas junto grupo familiar. Conclui-se que é importantereconhecer a interação da teoria de Roy com a visão de enfermeiro na promoção da saúde e de proporcionar confortoaos familiares tanto no viver, quanto no processo de morrer e luto familiar.Downloads
