DOENÇA DE PARKINSON: O Fenótipo em Idosos

A Doença de Parkinson é uma doença genética progressiva que é caracterizada por tremores musculares, sendo causado devido o desenvolvimento dos corpos de Lewy no Sistema Nervosos Central, infelizmente essa enfermidade não possui tratamento realmente efetivo. O objetivo constitui-se em avaliar o fenótipo dos idosos com Doença de Parkinson. A metodologia utilizada foi de uma pesquisa bibliográfica em fontes virtuais, qualitativa de cunho e descritivo. Os resultados dessa pesquisa indicam que o fenótipo dos idosos com Doença de Parkinson é marcado por características próprias como tremores, problemas olfatórios, de fala e psíquicos. Assim, esses idosos não devem ser tratados diferentemente de outros e necessitam estar inseridos na sociedade, contudo, eles precisam de atenção especial quanto a sua reabilitação e a melhoria da qualidade de vida o melhor possível.Downloads
