AUDITORIA EM SAÚDE: Utilização do Check List Para Monitoramento dos Registros e da Qualidade Assistencial

A qualidade nos serviços de saúde deve permear as políticas e as metas organizacionais, voltadas para a padronização balizada nos pressupostos da segurança e da satisfação de seus usuários e dos profissionais que nela operam. Para monitorar os registros de enfermagem e a qualidade assistencial prestada em uma Unidade de Pronto Atendimento de um Hospital de Médio Porte do Noroeste do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, foi implantado em janeiro de 2011 o checklist, que se constitui em um instrumento de avaliação diária dos prontuários ambulatoriais, tendo como padrão, a verificação dos registros de enfermagem, da utilização de materiais e medicamentos, cumprimento devido da prescrição médica e de enfermagem, evolução de enfermagem e demais itens que compõem o processo de prestação do cuidado pela equipe de enfermagem.Downloads
