APLICAÇÃO DA ESCALA DA DOR EM PACIENTES PÓS-CIRÚRGICOS

Objetivou-se avaliar a dor em pacientes pós-cirúrgicos e verificar os analgésicos mais utilizados. A escala numérica da dor foi aplicada no mês de agosto de 2010, por dez dias em dez pacientes pós-cirúrgicos por dia, com um total de 100. O estudo envolveu pacientes do gênero feminino (46) e masculino (54). A escala foi aplicada nos turnos da manhã e tarde, no início do plantão e no fim. Das 100 respostas em relação à escala da dor apenas 27 referiram notas acima de zero, a maioria dos pacientes em questão não referiram qualquer sensação de dor. A nota média na escala no início do plantão foi em torno de 5 no final 2,66. As medicações mais utilizadas foram: Dipirona, Tramadol, Cetoprofeno, Morfina, Paracetamol, Analgesia por Cateter Peridural (Ropi). Homens e mulheres referiam dor numericamente semelhante. Conclui-se que na maioria dos casos a medicação administrada surte o efeito desejado: o analgésico.Downloads
