A ASSISTÊNCIA ÀS MULHERES NO CLIMATÉRIO: Um Estudo Bibliográfico

Este estudo objetiva conhecer a produção científica da área de saúde, acerca da assistência as mulheres climatéricas. Realizou-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica da produção científica on line, dos últimos dez anos com busca na BVS. Os descritores utilizados foram “assistência” e “climatério”. Encontrou-se 5 artigos, foram analisados na íntegra e categorizados com análise temática de Minayo. A coleta deu-se no mês de junho de 2011. Emergiram os eixos temáticos: Modelos de Assistência no Climatério e Ações de Saúde as Mulheres no Climatério. Na concepção teórica, observa-se mudanças de paradigmas para a assistência integral, ancorada no conceito de saúde ampliado, porém, na prática as ações ainda são limitadas a alguns serviços de saúde e parte desses são articulados a projetos de extensão universitários. A ausência de artigos é visível e os trabalhos encontrados relatam experiências mostrando a preocupação em ofertar ações promotoras de saúde com a participação em grupos de educação multidisciplinares.Downloads
