A AÇÃO IATROGÊNICA DA EQUIPE DE ENFERMAGEM PARA A SAÚDE DO IDOSO

A iatrogenia adquire maior importância nos indivíduos idosos devido as suas fragilidades, assim sendo este trabalho propôs identificar tipos mais frequentes de Iatrogenia no cuidado de enfermagem com o paciente idoso e perceber como esta ação influencia em sua saúde, tendo relação com a privação destes cuidados, a sua imposição ou a prestação insatisfatória deles, de forma a que viessem determinar algum transtorno, dano ou prejuízo ao bem estar. Trata-se de uma revisão de literatura com abordagem qualitativa, onde foram selecionados os artigos que mais se adequaram ao tema. Foi possível constatar que a ação iatrogenica tras sérias consequências para a saúde do idoso,devendo a equipe de enfermagem identificar suas causas e desenvolver métodos para preveni-la.
