A CONVIVÊNCIA DO FAMILIAR COM A PESSOA ALCOOLISTA NO ESPAÇO DOMÉSTICO

Este estudo tem como objetivo conhecer a percepção da famíliasobre a convivência com alcoolista no espaço doméstico antes do tratamento em CAPS ad II. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, com abordagem descritiva, desenvolvida em um município da região noroeste do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Os sujeitos da investigação constituíram-se de cinco familiares de usuários com transtornos relacionados ao uso de álcool que estavam em acompanhamento no CAPS ad II, em tratamento intensivo. A coleta de informação se deu por meio de entrevista aberta. A realização da investigação observou os aspectos éticos de pesquisas com seres humanos. A análise dos dados seguiu os passos da análise temática. A partir das informações obtidas no campo empírico da pesquisa, emergiu uma categoria de análise que trata sobre a convivência do alcoolista com seus familiares, no espaço doméstico, antes de
iniciar o tratamento em CAPS ad II. Os depoimentos denotam presença de violência física, sentimentos de angústia, desesperança e medo, além de prejuízos financeiros. As expressões de familiares sobre a convivência com indivíduo alcoolista pode contribuir para que as equipes de saúde reorientem a atenção, no intuito de qualificar o atendimento a este contingente populacional.
