A society of social plurality where a range of heterogeneous groups coexist should not have a field for discrimination and sexism. For the effective realization of social rights, through positive actions by the State and society that promote the dignity of the human person and guarantee of the vital minimum, one must take the proper consideration of the scope of the norm, that is, of its support concrete and abstract. That is why the real importance of understanding vulnerability, of equality and of minority institutes and vulnerable groups for the realization of social rights. Faced with a scenario of violations of rights that the female prison population lives, it is the real importance of dealing with the issue and the rights of this population. Therefore, this paper aims to portray the violations of women prisoners and relevance of the right to education for factual re-socialization. For both the deductive method of approach, and the statistical-functional procedure were used.
