A GLOBALIZAÇÃO E A ORGANIZAÇÃO DO PROCESSO DE TRABALHO

O objetivo deste artigo é analisar o processo de evolução do trabalho e sua relação com o capital, partindo do processo de desenvolvimento capitalista, intensificado pela Revolução Industrial, iniciada na Inglaterra, na segunda metade do século XVIII, que até a Revolução Comercial dos séculos XVI e XVII estava ligado à circulação de mercadorias, destacando-se as transformações sociais, econômicas e políticas provocadas. Será enfatizada a consolidação do sistema capitalista a partir da exploração da mais-valia e da divisão do trabalho como forma de aumentar a produtividade. É intenção, também, analisar o impacto que a globalização econômica e a implantação de políticas neoliberais vêm causando ao longo dos anos ao processo de trabalho, gerando a exclusão social.
