Abstract

O objetivo deste artigo é analisar alguns aspectos da especialização dos direitos humanos na sociedade internacional. Nesse viés, destaca a importância da proteção dada aos grupos humanos vulneráveis e apresenta os direitos construídos em relação às mulheres, às crianças,às minorias raciais, aos refugiados e aos prisioneiros de guerra.

do Noroeste do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul – Unijuí – e

professor colaborador do Curso de Mestrado em Direito

da Universidade Regional Integrada do Alto Uruguai e

das Missões – URI. É autor, entre outras obras, de Os

direitos do homem e o neoliberalismo e de A Sociedade

Internacional Clássica.
