The scenario of deep inequalities and social exclusion that marks Brazil and, unfortunately, repeats itself in the vast majority of peripheral countries, leads the poverty of socially disadvantaged as one of its main consequences. In this sense, considering that access to education enables people to live according to their potential and have the ability to fight for a good quality of life, it is evident how the promotion of education favors the full human and social development, same time combating poverty. In view of this, the present research paper aims to demonstrate that the provision of the fundamental right to education is a strong ally of equitable distribution of resources, which, in turn, it is prerequisite for the elimination of inequalities that create poverty. So bring some considerations of distributive justice proposed by John Rawls and the second thesis Ferrajoli, in addition to highlighting the contribution that international cooperation and implementation of educational programs - public or private - can offer the provision of right to education, especially in Brazil. As the methodology used, a literature search will be developed and made use of inductive and qualitative methods.
