Abstract

Este artigo trata do linchamento acontecido no Guarujá-SP, em 2014, que vitimou Fabiane Maria de Jesus, como desafio a consolidação dos direitos humanos. O linchamento questiona o valor único e irrepetível que se atribui a singularidade da vida humana, e surge como uma manifestação, legitimada pelos seus membros, de justiça popular. Desse atrito resultam graves violações de direitos humanos que obstaculiza a consolidação desses direitos.
