POLÍTICA FLORESTAL DA ONU: BIOENERGIA É UMA QUESTÃO DE INTERESSE?

Este trabalho centra-se na agenda do Comitê Florestal da Organização para a Alimentação ea Agricultura, em 2009 e 2010 para descobrir por que a bioenergia não tinha relevância nessas reuniões. Defendo que isso se deve a uma mudança nas prioridades que ocorreu em 2009. A bioenergia e mudanças climáticas estavam presentes como itens da agenda de reuniões anteriores da Comissão de Silvicultura, enquanto florestal FAO bilateralmente impulsionou o desenvolvimento da bioenergia . Isso mudou em 2009. A questão da mudança climática se tornou dominante nas prioridades dos seus membros e do projeto para promover a bioenergia continuou a desenvolver através de acções bilaterais desta organização internacional.
