Resumo

Objetivo: desenvolver um aplicativo para avaliar, prevenir e tratar lesão por fricção. Métodos. A validação do conteúdo do aplicativo foi realizada por 26 juízes enfermeiros, utilizando a técnica de Delphi. Para a análise de dados, foi adotado o Índice de Validade de Conteúdo. Resultados: Os juízes consideraram o conteúdo do aplicativo entre “inadequado” e “totalmente adequado” na primeira avaliação; após as correções solicitadas pelos juízes, o aplicativo foi reavaliado entre “adequado” e “totalmente adequado”. O Índice de Validade de Conteúdo variou entre 0,87 a 1,0 na primeira avaliação e entre 0,98 a 1,0 na segunda avaliação. Conclusão: O aplicativo Skin tears foi construído após revisão da literatura e validado por profissionais especialistas na área, obtendo consenso entre os avaliadores na segunda avaliação.
